The best thing to do in the summer is get out of the city and head to a cottage for the weekend. Even if you don't have a cottage yourself, you can usually find a family member or friend who does have some place out in the sticks. I hold corporate events - often in event tents in various areas around the city, and it's a stressful job - so I do enjoy my restful weekends all the more! There is nothing better than heading to the peace and quiet of woods by a lake or a river, basking in the sun with nothing to do, and just relaxing. Watching waves lap up on the shore, or looking at a mirror-calm surface is meditative and soothing. You can listen to the sounds of birds and small animals playing, and smell the fresh country air. In the evening have a campfire with your friends or family and catch up on everyone's news. Wait until it gets dark and wander away from the campfire a bit and then look up. You will see more stars than you knew existed in the night sky at a cottage. The fresh air during the day, and the absolute quiet at night mean you'll never sleep better than when you're staying at a cottage. |

I visited my sister yesterday because we haven’t seen each other for a while and I miss her. She was pleased to see me as always since we have always been close but I was pleasantly surprised to see the many changes she has done to her apartment. For one, she changed the decorative theme of her living room and it was much more chic and modern it was like stepping inside an interior design magazine. She also showed me a wall filled with custom made shoe boxes apparently this is one of the more modern shoe storage solutions that she tried and she is quite pleased with the result. I told her that I loved it and if I have extra money I would do the same thing. Unlike me, my sister is single and she has a good paying job without anybody to spend it to that is why she can afford living a high-end lifestyle and buying the things that she wants without having to think twice. |

It’s a new day and it’s still sunny, not that I want it to go away. Another day to frolic, and play in the sun, swim in the sea and drink more sodas. Whether I'm under the gazebo in the park, or at the beach, this is the time of year to be out and about. I can never get tired of summer. If the sun becomes too much to bear then I will retire at home for the rest of the day. But, for now I am going to get my bathing suit out, put my sunscreen on and get together with my friends. This is how I feel in the summer, on every summer. It is a season I wish would be permanent. Because the cold is just too much for me and then it makes no sense drinking ice tea, which I really do enjoy. Hot beverages are just not for me. It is a great pleasure to just be in the beautiful, bright warming sun. |

Prince Dickens got very sick when he was two years old. The Queen mother was so scared and somehow felt that the prince will die very soon. She doesn&rsquot want to see him die, so she went outside the palace pretending that she was doing something important. She didn&rsquot notice that the king had entered the inner chamber from work. The king saw that the boy was dead. The king had encounter with the God of this world some years ago. But he turned his back to this God. While seeing the dead boy, he felt led to pray for him that he will be restored to life. He humbled himself and repented before God for turning his back on him and went on to plead God for the life of his son. And instantly Prince Dickens came back to life. The cctv camera package was delivered right away, prince Dickens was seen by the queen mother playing. She was stunned. She also believed that God could heal sickness and diseases. But the king was divinely appointed to pray for his healing. |

When we visited Aunt Mercy's place, I could not help but notice the complex design of her home. She said she did not exactly plan it, but she likes how it turned out in the end. According to her, her husband did all the planning. When she showed us around, she pointed to us the Structural decking used in the roofs of the house. It was lovely but it looked really expensive. She told us it wasn't really as expensive as we thought it was. Contrary, it was actually more affordable. You just have to know the right people to do the job. That's the secret, Aunt Mercy said. Anyway, we went there for a quick break after a long week of stressful activities at work. Our school was due for re-accreditation which means that a load of work is at hand. The task could make us go crazy so I asked some friends to join me for a much deserved break. We need to recharge as we were about to lose all of our energies already. Luckily, we got what we were looking for - energy! |

When my family and I migrated to England a few years back, we have always wanted to buy our own house. But we all had to wait for three years to become immigrants and only then were we allowed to acquire properties. So one time, while we were having dinner, dad happily announced that we will soon be moving to our new home. Of course we were all very happy. Dad said that he will only ask the best people from a reputable roofing company in nuneaton to install the roofs. He wants nothing but the best for his dream house. Mom promised us a beautiful house. But if I am asked, I don't want a mansion or anything like that. I will already be happy to have a simple home, as long as it is something that really belongs to us - something we can call our home. I know life hasn't always been easy especially for my parents. So they deserve this reward more than anyone else. I'm happy that they will finally see the fruit of their labor. |

THE big day has arrived, you are moving to a a new home and leaving the old one behind.
Here's a handy run down of dos and don'ts for your moving day:
● Your chosen removal firm will give you a short time window for their arrival (often 9 am to 9.30 am), so make sure you are there to let them in. Don't swan off down the shops or pop out anywhere else. They have a busy and time critical schedule, so be there.
● If you have a genuine reason to be absent or off site, make sure someone is there. You could ask a friend or relative to supervise for you. Be sure to give them authority to act on your behalf - and don't forget to let the removal firm know they will standing in for you.
● Check all contracts, paperwork, documentation, etc, and ensure you agree with any notes made by the removal team. If a dispute arises over the condition of an item then try to resolve them straight away.
● Ensure the removal team know your mobile phone number, so they can content you during the journey to the new place if they necessary. If you are not reachable, give them the number of a friend or relative.
● Ensure the removal driver knows the directions to your new home before they set off.
● Before you leave your old home, do a final quick check of the place to ensure no furniture has been left behind.
After the move:
● Provide a list of alarm codes and related information (e.g. alarm company phone number) for the new owner of your old property or the estate agent.
● Clean the old house out thoroughly when it is empty.
● Ensure utilities have been disconnected in your old home and connected up the new place.
● Give all keys, entrance key cards, etc to the new owner or estate agent. |

Love marriages are considered to be easy but the problem arises when it is about intercommunity marriages. I belong to the staunch Tamil Brahmin family and my fiancé was from the Punjabi community. We were both classmates during our college days and in the last year of college he proposed me. I eagerly accepted the proposal unaware of the situation we both had to face to convince our families. After lot of coaxing, both families agreed for the wedding. On the D-day, the moment the groom reached my place he was ushered into a room to perform a pooja. After that the wedding invitation prayers was recited and the formal engagement ceremony was done and the auspicious time for the wedding was decided. The wedding hall was the center of attraction with the priests chanting the hymns loudly. It took nearly four hours for the marriage to be solemnized. It was a wonderful moment for both the families, and in the end I remember all the love decorative touches both families made to the wedding hall - from the cushion covers to the wedding dress - the details were perfect. |
