Need to contact ebay directly about a seller

I think i have been the victim of an elaborate scam on ebay involving a vehicle being sold abroad. I have been in contact with the so called seller and everything seemed fine. We got to the point of me paying and i sent the money via western union as requested by ebay's vehicle purchase protection program. I later found out that this doesn't exist and i had been scammed! i tried finding a ebay headquarters phone number so i could call them but i could not find anything!. I think ebay should be doing more to try and protect their customers, this has been a horrible experience and i am not sure that i am going to keep using ebay after this to be honest. I know it is not completely their fault but i felt completely led down the garden path! not a hint of help or advice from ebay about it either. I did in the end manage to get my money stopped but only after getting the police involved in the case.
