On Feeling Much Better After Reducing My Weight

I have always been overweight and used to not bother about my eating habits. The funny thing is, I've worked in the health and fitness industry for about 10 years - from selling cheap hot tubs to weight training equipment. And yet, I chose to ignore my own health problems!

One day as I was going to my office I slipped and fell down. I was taken to a hospital for first-aid and discharged. The physician who treated me warned me to reduce my weight. I started to have knee joint pain every alternate day. I was advised to undergo a radiology test and a MRI scans. It showed everything was normal but the pressure on the joints was much. So I could always feel the pain. I was advised not to sit in squatting position and also to wear flat footwear. I also started doing physiotherapy exercises with a strict diet control. I used to have five servings of fruits and vegetables but the intake of carbohydrate and fat was reduced. My weight has reduced drastically by 10 pounds and am feeling lot better. I drink eight to ten glasses of water and follow the routine regularly.
